RETURN POLICY

At Glowbox LLC, we stand behind every product we build. In the event you need to initiate a return, please review the following policy carefully.
1. RETURN WINDOW
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of confirmed delivery as indicated by the shipping carrier's tracking information.
2. CONDITION OF RETURNED MERCHANDISE
All returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging — exactly as delivered. Any merchandise that has been used, installed, or altered will not be eligible for a refund.
3. RETURN SHIPPING
The buyer is solely responsible for all return shipping charges. Glowbox LLC does not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is the result of a manufacturer defect covered under warranty.
4. RESTOCKING FEE
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additional fees may apply based on the condition of the merchandise upon return. Any items received in damaged or compromised condition will be assessed accordingly.
5. SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS
Any damages incurred during shipping must be reported on the same day the item is received. Photo and/or video documentation must be submitted at the time of the report to sales@glowbox.shop. Failure to report damages within this window may result in the claim being ineligible for review.

2-YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

Glowbox LLC proudly stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of every LED Light Box Frame we produce. Each unit is covered under our 2-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty from the date of purchase.
WHAT IS COVERED
This warranty covers defects in LED lighting and electrical components under normal use and operating conditions for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not apply to damage or defects resulting from:
• Accident, misuse, neglect, or alteration
• Improper handling, transport, storage, installation, or testing
• Power fluctuations, failures, or use of non-approved power supplies
• Exposure to water or moisture
• Acts of God or abnormal physical/electrical stress
• Use of incompatible products or unauthorized repairs
• Cosmetic wear and tear, scratches, or physical damage that does not affect product performance
HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM
In the event of a warranty-related issue, please follow the steps below:
1. Email sales@glowbox.shop with your order details, along with clear photo and/or video documentation clearly showing the defect or issue.
2. All documentation must be submitted within 24 hours of confirmed delivery as indicated by the shipping carrier's tracking information.
3. Once your documentation is reviewed and the issue is verified, our team will contact you via email or text to arrange pickup and warehouse inspection.
4. Upon completion of the inspection, Glowbox LLC will communicate the outcome and any applicable resolution, including repair or replacement.
Please note: A 15% restocking fee applies if the customer returns a unit and elects not to receive a replacement.
