Refund policy
1. Returns within 14 days of receipt per shipping company's tracking number information for delivery.
2. All merchandise must be unused, as it was when it was delivered and in original packaging. Any used merchandise returned will not be refunded.
3. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
4. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, additional fee's may be included depending on condition of the merchandise (damaged goods) when they are received.
5. The buyer must report any damages from shipping the same day the item is received, images must be provided at the same time. Limited Manufacture Warranty for 2 years from date of purchase.
Glowbox LED Light Box Warranty shall not apply: (i) to any damaged Light Box Product that has been subjected to accident, misuse, neglect, alteration, acts of God, improper handling, improper transport, improper storage, improper use of application, improper installation, improper testing or unauthorized repair, power fluctuation or failure, subjection to abnormal physical or electrical stress, use of incompatible products, non-approved power supplies/connections, or similar circumstances. (ii) to any Light-Box Product where the product has been exposed to water or (iii) to cosmetic problems or defects that result from normal wear and tear under ordinary use, and do not affect the performance or use of product.
2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Glowbox LLC LED Light Box Frames are guaranteed to be free from LED lighting & electrical defects under this 2 year limited warranty for a period of 2 years from the date the item is proven received. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, water damage, physical damage, or scratches in the field. In the event an issue takes place, email glowboxkc@outlook.com with video and picture proof of the issue, the issue must be visible within the proof. We will then set up a call tag or arrange for the unit to be shipped back to our warehouse for inspection. Once the inspection takes place we will communicate via email or text with an update and status and action that will take place.
If you receive your light box & there is a LED/Lighting issue, it must be documented within 24 hours of the item's arrival & according to tracking from the shipping company utilized. Sufficient picture images and/or videos must be supplied by the purchaser within the 24 hr period after receiving the item. After images/videos are reviewed via email & deemed necessary for warehouse inspection, communication will announce method for pick-up and warehouse inspection to determine if replacement will be dispursed. There is a 15% re-stock fee if the customer sends item back & doesn't want a replacement for the unit.
